Webmasters Tips - Sale Tips Thoughts on Improving an Industry: The Right Companies for the Right Products It might seem obvious that companies should sell products that fit their strengths and their customer base. However, mistakes have been made in this area. In my efforts to support a small section of the entertainment industry, I have theorized that companies have focused on the right market, but made products difficult to find, and created many of them in awkward formats. To provide a better example, a company best known for mobile phones may not succeed if it branches out into other portable electronic devices. Few companies can prosper if they veer away from their areas of expertise, or if they make products that are difficult to classify or find. Every company should consider branching out into new products and creating experimental products, but survival is often dependent on having simple products that will sell.
